A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:00 p.m. the 29-year old was allegedly loitering on the porch of someone’s residence in the 400 block of Northeast Stephens. This was in violation of a “no trespassing” sign. The report said the property owner asked to woman to leave through his security camera but she flipped him off and continued to loiter.
