9 NEW POSITIVE TEST RESULTS, 1 NEW PRESUMPTIVE

9 more people have received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County, and there is 1 new presumptive case, as of Monday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 3,059. Of those, 2,912 are people that have received positive test results and 147 are presumptive. There have been 65 deaths. 7 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 4 locally and 3 outside the area. 85 people are in isolation. 151 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 236 people that are either in isolation or quarantine. That is a decrease of 36 people since Sunday.

County Public Health Officer Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer told News Radio 1240 KQEN that another mass vaccination event will be held this Saturday. Details about it, including signup information will be released on Tuesday.
