Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said the 50-year old suspect has a pickup parked at Gaddis Park. The man has allegedly been disassembling the vehicle and has been warned several times to clean up the mess, or he would be cited, according the report. Since the mess had not been cleaned up, the citation was issued.

The man was then released.
