Roseburg Police cited a woman for littering near the South Umpqua River on Monday.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. an officer contacted the 58-year old while on foot patrol at Templin Beach Park and noticed an excessive amount of litter. Her campsite was within 100 yards of the river. She was cited for littering within 100 yards of a waterway, and then was released.
