The Roseburg VA Health Care System has updated its vaccine distribution plan.

The VA is currently offering the Moderna 2-dose series COVID-19 vaccine.

Those currently eligible include:

All enrolled veterans in VA care, regardless of age or health and VA staff including but not limited to:

*Enrolled veterans with high-risk medical conditions

*All essential workers as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

* Veterans in congregate living settings

*Homeless veterans

*Those receiving chemotherapy or hemodialysis along with organ transplant reipients or candidates

Vaccine clinics are held at the Roseburg VA Medical Center, the Eugene VA Health Care Center and at the VA clinics in Brookings and North Bend.

Those eligible can sign up for a vaccine appointment by calling 440-1000.
