A Roseburg man was cited for a felony count of driving while suspended on Saturday.

A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 9:15 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.

51-year old George Duncan was allegedly operating a motorized bicycle at a high rate of speed on the sidewalk. His driving status was found to be suspended at the felony level.

Duncan was also cited for driving uninsured and for operating a motorized bicycle.

He was released after the citation was issued.
