5 NEW POSITIVE TEST RESULTS FOR COVID-19, 1 NEW PRESUMPTIVE CASE, AS OF SATURDAY

5 more people have received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County and there is 1 new presumptive case, as of Saturday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 2,926. Of those, 2,783 are people that have received positive test results and 143 are presumptive. There have been 61 deaths. 8 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 4 locally and 4 outside the area. 130 people are in isolation. 271 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 401 people that are either in isolation or quarantine. That is an increase of 10 people since Friday.
