POLICE JAIL MAN FOR INTERFERING, TRESPASS, WARRANT

Roseburg Police jailed a man on charges of interfering with a peace officer, first-degree criminal trespass and for a warrant, on Thursday.

An RPD report said at about 9:30 a.m. 27-year old Nicholas Kaisershot was contacted in the alley in the 300 block of Southeast Mosher, due to the warrant. The report said while talking to him, the suspect got on his bike and rode off down Southeast Mosher and onto the railroad tracks.

The report said Kaisershot was eventually taken into custody at taser point. He was held without bail.
