A Roseburg man was cited following an alleged hit and run incident on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 4:45 p.m. officers responded to the two-vehicle wreck near the parking lot of the Shortcut Market in the 500 block of Southeast Winchester Street. The suspect was later identified as a 23-year old man. He was cited and released for failure to perform the duties of a driver and for reckless endangering.
