A female transient was jailed after allegedly lighting a fire next to the railroad tracks near the 400 block of Northeast Stephens on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 2:30 p.m. officers responded following a citizen report. The 25-year old was charged with first degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $6,250.
