A Roseburg man was jailed after an alleged criminal trespass incident on Thursday night.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 10:30 p.m. the 29-year old refused to leave after being discharged from CHI Mercy Medical Center. The report said after being escorted out of the building, the suspect allegedly attempted to force his way back inside by pushing through officers. The man was taken into custody after he passively resisted

Charged included second-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a peace officer. Bail was set at $7,500.
