MAN JAILED AFTER ALLEGED VIOLATION OF NO-CONTACT ORDER

A Roseburg man was jailed Monday after allegedly violating a no contact order.

A report from Roseburg Police said stemming from a domestic violence incident on Friday at the Howard Johnson Motel on Northeast Stephens, investigation, interviews, text messages and a pre-text phone call corroborated the victims report that 42-year old Adam Collins had violated the order.

Collins was charged with second-degree kidnapping, third-degree robbery, first-degree theft, second- criminal mischief, harassment, unlawful use of mace and for the violation. Bail was set at $739,370.
