Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Sunday.

An RPD report said just before 6:00 p.m. officers responded to the 300 block of Southeast Stephens for a report that a man was laying on the sidewalk near a can of malt liquor. The 67-year was identified and given the citation.
