The Myrtle Creek-Tri City Area Chamber of Commerce is still accepting nominations for various awards that will be given out in June.

Awards will be presented for Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, Business of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award and a Special Award. Nomination forms and information on the criteria for the awards are available at www.myrtlecreekchamber.com or at the Myrtle Creek Post Office.

The awards will be given out at public ceremony in Millsite Park on June 5th.
