Roseburg man was jailed on trespass and theft charges by Roseburg Police on Friday.

Information from RPD said just before 3:00 p.m. 37-year old Mars Ulra was identified as a suspect in the incidents that had occurred earlier in the day. During the incidents, the suspect allegedly stole items from businesses on West Harvard where he had been previously trespassed from.

Ulra was charged with two counts each of first-degree criminal trespass and third- degree theft. Bail was set at $15,000.
