Roseburg Police cited a man for third-degree theft on Sunday night.

Information from RPD said at 6:00 p.m. the 37-year old was contacted in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, regarding a trespass issue at a nearby business.

The report said the business did not want to press charges. However, the man was allegedly wearing an associate’s vest from Walmart, that was reportedly stolen.

The vest was seized and returned to the store. The man was released after being cited.
