Two people were jailed after a stolen vehicle was recovered on Thursday.

A report from the Roseburg Police said just before 10:30 a.m. officers contacted 20-year old Rad Osburn in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens, while on an unrelated call. The officers learned the vehicle Osburn was in was stolen, and detained him without incident. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and for a probation violation. Osburn was detained without bail.

While conducting an investigation, officers learned a 27-year old man was in a nearby apartment and had a number of warrants out for his arrest. He was held without bail.
