A Roseburg man was cited and released twice for warrants on Monday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 11:00 a.m. the 66-year old was contacted at Fred Meyer on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard for a Roseburg Municipal Court warrant. The man was given a new court date and released.
At 10:00 p.m. the man was contacted after he was seen at the pavilion in Stewart Park, after hours. Dispatch advised that he had a warrant out of Albany. The man was cited for that warrant and then released from custody, after being reminded of park hours.
