A Roseburg woman was jailed after allegedly stealing white wine on Sunday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 1:30 p.m. 60-year old Kristina Harrelson reportedly entered Fred Meyer on Northwest Garden Valley and placed a large box of white wine in her bag. The report said employees tried to stop her from leaving as she walked towards the exit. The suspect said Harrelson pushed and employee and threatened to bite him. The suspect eventually left with the wine. She was found at the Duck Pond and placed under arrest.
Charges included third-degree counts of robbery and theft and for harassment. Bail was set at $53,750.
On Saturday afternoon Harrelson was cited for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after stealing a beer from Fred Meyer as well.
