A transient was cited by Roseburg Police Thursday for prior trespass incidents.

Information from RPD said on March 8th and 9th, 28-year old Ashley Basgall allegedly went onto Rogue Credit Union property on Northeast Stephens, where she was previously trespassed. The woman reportedly threw trash from the dumpster on the ground and crammed items into the night drop box.

Basgall was cited for two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, and for offensive littering and third-degree criminal mischief. She was released after the citation was issued just after 3:30 p.m.
