Staff with Roseburg Public Schools are responding to another case of COVID-19.
Superintendent Jared Cordon said the district received confirmation Wednesday from the Douglas Public Health Network that an individual based at Fir Grove Elementary has tested positive for COVID-19.
Cordon said the district is following DPHN guidance regarding quarantine measures. Cordon told News Radio 1240 KQEN that no quarantines were needed in this case. He said at this time, DPHN has not reported evidence of community spread in the district’s schools.
