A Roseburg man was cited for reported theft incidents on Monday.

Information from Roseburg Police said just after 5:00 p.m. a victim reported that her money card had been stolen and subsequently used. Officers spoke with a man who was developed as the suspect.

65-year old Robert Young was cited for second degree theft, computer crimes and for fraudulent use of a credit card. Young was released after the citations were issued.
