The Myrtle Creek-Tri City Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting Citizen of the Year nominations for various awards.

A release said awards to be presented include Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, Business of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award and Special Award. The nomination form and the criteria are available at: www.myrtlecreekchamber.com under the Awards and Nominations tab. Forms are also available at the Myrtle Creek Post Office.

Awards will be given out at a public ceremony scheduled to take place in Millsite Park on Saturday, June 5th. The deadline to submit nomination forms is 5:00 p.m. on Saturday April 3rd.
