Roseburg Police cited a man for second degree criminal trespass early Sunday.

An RPD report said an officer contacted him on the second level of the downtown parking structure in the 500 block of Southeast Rose and gave him a warning. Later in his shift, the officer found the 26-year old still sleeping at about 1:50 a.m.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
