The Umpqua Public Transit District has added Saturday service.
UTrans General Manager Cheryl Cheas said service is being offered every hour with Saturday’s schedule going from 8:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with slightly different timing than the regular weekday service.
Cheas said the district is continuing to add staff and is currently looking for an additional ten drivers.
