A Drain woman was jailed after an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Wednesday.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said about 8:50 p.m. a caller reported that 32-year old Summer Tracey was in his motorhome and was acting crazy, in the 400 block of Highway 99 in the Drain area.

Deputies responded and found Tracey with the motorhome, which was parked on the shoulder of the road. The report said numerous items had been thrown out onto the road, causing a traffic hazard. Passing vehicles had to slow down and maneuver around those items.

The victim said Tracey had hit him in the mouth. She was reportedly grabbing at the victim while he was driving and jerked the wheel at one point, causing the man to have to pull over, due to the woman’s actions.

The report said it was determined that Tracey damaged approximately $700 of the victim’s personal items.

Tracey was charged with second-degree counts of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, reckless driving, and for harassment. She was released from custody on Thursday.
