A Glide man was jailed following a DUII and reckless driving incident early Thursday morning.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 12:30 a.m. a deputy was sent to the 18,000 block of North Bank Road regarding a possible DUIII driver in that area. The deputy arrived and found a pickup in a field. The driver was contacted and escorted back to a patrol vehicle where he was asked to perform field sobriety tests. The man refused and was taken in for a breath test. Once at DCSO the man refused again and was taken to jail.

Caleb Stokes was charged with DUII, reckless driving, criminal mischief, hit and run, and for refusal. After arraignment he was detained on $10,000 bail.
