WOMAN JAILED, CHARGED BY LONG-TERM IDENTITY THEFT

A Roseburg woman was jailed, accused of long-term identity theft, by Roseburg Police on Thursday.

The RPD report said a victim said that her identity had been used by the suspect for approximately two years. The report said multiple online purchases and lines of credit had been opened in the victim’s name by the suspect.

At about 10:00 p.m. 23-year Ali Williamson was charged with identity theft, first-degree theft and for computer crimes. The woman was already in jail on unrelated charges. Bail is now set at $119,250.
