A Roseburg woman was cited for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 2:40 p.m. a 38-year old allegedly damaged a man’s tent at the Stewart Park Duck Pond. The report said the woman’s actions caused the victim to physically restrain her from causing more damage. During the investigation, the suspect allegedly refused to cooperate with officers and tried to walk away after being told she was not free to leave.

After being cited for second degree criminal mischief, the woman was released from custody.
