Patrons in the Roseburg School District have until Monday to share their input regarding the possibility of retiring the Roseburg High mascot, the Indians.

A feedback form is on the district’s website at:  https://www.roseburg.k12.or.us Respondents will be asked to provide their name, email, address and affiliation with the district. Written feedback can also be submitted to the district at 1419 Northwest Valley View Drive in Roseburg, 97471.

Superintendent Jared Cordon says the school board has developed a subcommittee to guide the initial steps into a potential transition. Cordon said the committee is expected to evaluate the survey results and then present them to the Board at its February 24th meeting.
