A Roseburg man was jailed after allegedly fighting with police on Friday.

Information from RPD said at about 11:30 p.m. 21-year old Crawford Chandler was contacted in the 800 block of Northeast Highland and was uncooperative with an officer. The report said the suspect resisted arrest and briefly fought with the officer before being detained.

Charges included resisting arrest, interfering with a peace officer and for two warrants. Bail was set at $28,750.
