A Roseburg man was cited for improper use of 911 by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

Information from RPD said at about 2:20 p.m. the 34-year old was contacted after already having been told several times to stop calling 911 if he did not have an emergency to report. He had been warned by dispatch a third time, but continued to call.

He was released after the citation was issued.
