A Roseburg man was cited following an alleged harassment incident on Tuesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 11:00 a.m. officers contacted the 59-year old a second time after he had earlier had a disturbance with construction workers in the 800 block of West Stanton.

The report said the suspect was upset at their noise and refused to listen to the officer’s suggestions. Numerous calls had come in regarding the man’s behavior. He also allegedly hit one of the workers with an unnamed object.

The man was cited for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.
