Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged harassment incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 9:30 p.m. 35-year old Kevin Steele was contacted in the 2900 block of Northeast Dorwin Avenue regarding an alleged disturbance with a woman that had taken place the previous night. Steele was cited for two counts of harassment and for reckless endangering.

He was released after the citation was issued.
