MAN CITED AFTER TRESPASS INCIDENT

A Roseburg man was cited after a trespass incident early Sunday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 3:50 a.m. the 44-year old returned to Sherm’s Thunderbird Market about an hour after being trespassed from there. When told to leave the store by employees a second time, the man allegedly grabbed and pulled over a candy dispenser, breaking part of it.

The man was cited for second-degree counts of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was released after the citation was issued.
