Roseburg Police cited a man who allegedly broke into a vehicle on Saturday morning.

An RPD report said at about 4:45 a.m. a neighbor called dispatch and reported that a man had gotten into a vehicle in the 700 block of West Pilger. Officers located the 29-year old a short distance away and allegedly found him in possession of property stolen from that vehicle.

The report said the property was recovered and returned to the owner. The suspect was cited for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and for second degree theft. He was released after being cited.
