MAN JAILED ON BURGLARY CHARGES

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a 20-year old man on burglary charges on Sunday.

A DCSO report said at about 1:20 a.m. Rad Osburn was allegedly seen behind a locked gate in the 5,000 block of Grange Road in Green. Units from DCSO and Winston Police responded along with K9 Zoro. Zoro located the suspect in a large shop on the property. Osburn surrendered and was taken into custody.

The report said a wheelbarrow full of tools was found outside the shop. A garbage can and a tote with more tools and shop items were located as well.

The man is also accused of burglarizing the shop the week before. The tools were inventoried and released back to the victim.

Osburn was charged with first degree theft and second degree counts of burglary and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $107,500.
