A report from Roseburg Police said just after 12:00 a.m. 39-year old Lauriano Pelayo and the victim were arguing in a vehicle in the 900 block of Northeast Stephens. The man reportedly bit the victim on the face three times. The report said the victim was able to get out of the vehicle and into her own vehicle and left the scene.
