Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged hit and run incident on Thursday.

The RPD report said just after 7:00 p.m. the 32-year old was allegedly observed driving in the 800 block of Ventura, before crashing off the roadway and causing minor property damage. Officers contacted him as he was leaving the area, and reportedly making no attempt to contact anyone about the damage that he had caused. The suspect also had a warrant for his arrest and his license was suspended.

The man was then taken to jail.
