A Roseburg man was cited in a littering incident on Thursday.

Information from Roseburg Police said just before 2:00 p.m. the 25-year old was found surrounded by garbage and sitting right next to a “no trespassing” sign in the 600 block of Cass Street.

Citations were given for offensive littering and for second degree criminal trespass. He was then released.
