A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged theft incident on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said Mars Ulra allegedly stole a cell phone after previously being trespassed from Fred Meyer on Garden Valley Boulevard. His parole officer wanted him detained for violating his parole conditions. Charges included first degree criminal trespass, third degree theft and the parole violation.

Ulra was held without bail.
