Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged theft incident, on Wednesday.

Information from RPD said a victim reportedly left his wallet on the counter in the pharmacy of Safeway on Northeast Stephens on January 21st. The 60-year old allegedly took the wallet and never made any attempt to return it or its contents to the victim.

The suspect was cited for first degree theft and then released.
