A Roseburg man was cited after allegedly being caught writing with markers on Tuesday.

The RPD report said at about 8:30 a.m. the 59-year old was reportedly caught writing on the poles in the parking lot of the Garden Valley Shopping Center. The man also had a warrant for his arrest. He was trespassed from the entire property surrounding the shopping center.

He was cited for second degree criminal mischief and for the warrant and was then released.
