MAN JAILED FOLLOWING DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT

A Roseburg man was jailed following a disorderly conduct incident on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 2:15 p.m. officers responded to a report of a man who was blocking traffic on Hooker Road. Officers contacted 48-year old Guy Mann, who was walking on the train tracks.

The report said after a short foot chase, Mann allegedly fought with officers before he was taken into custody. Charges included first degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest, harassment, third degree escape and for a probation violation. He was detained without bail.
