7 MORE POSITIVE TEST RESULTS FOR COVID-19 IN COUNTY, AS OF MONDAY

7 more people have received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County, as of Monday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 1,871. Of those, 1,772 are people that have received positive test results and 99 are presumptive. There have been 48 deaths. 7 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 4 locally and 3 outside the area. 138 people are in isolation. 293 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 431 people that are in isolation or quarantine. That is a big drop from Sunday’s report.

The update said the overall number of cases in the county was down from the previous week.

The next drive through testing clinic with DPHN will be Friday in Roseburg.
