A Roseburg woman was jailed for second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 1:30 p.m. officers responded to a reported disturbance near the intersection of Parrot and Mosher. The 37-year old was ultimately arrested.
