The Roseburg Public Library is partnering with Altrusa’s Celebration of Literacy for a special event.

On Tuesday February 9th from 3:00 p.m. to 6;00 p.m. children will be able to receive a free book courtesy of Altrusa, along with a Blast Off with Books themed craft kit. Books and craft kits are available through the Tuesday book pick up line, and will be available while supplies last.
