Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported disorderly conduct incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 8:45 a.m. the 40-year old was blocking traffic in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens and was causing alarm. Several callers reported almost hitting the man as he was standing in the center turn lane near Garden Valley.

The report said the man was intoxicated and was in possession of alcohol. He was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and for a probation violation. The man was detained without bail.
