Roseburg Police cited a man after an incident at a business early Friday.

Information from RPD said at about 3:20 a.m. officers responded to the area of the Riverfront Motel on West Harvard for a report that a 36-year old from Olympia, Washington had trespassed in the lobby and then allegedly stole property from there. The man was located a short time later and cited for third degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. He was released after being cited.
