A Roseburg man was jailed for stalking and for second degree criminal mischief, by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

The RPD report said 57-year old Thomas Perelli had allegedly subjected two victims to “alarming, unwanted contact” by constantly throwing rocks at their residence in the 200 block of Kirby. The report said Perelli was arrested last November for harassing them and when he was released from jail, the harassment allegedly started again. Perelli had reportedly damaged some of the victim’s property while throwing the rocks.

Perelli was held on $56,250 bail.
